To take action to support the development of various software products with a wide application in the economy and households, including the preparation of analyzes, forecasts and expert consultations for the benefit of legal entities and individuals through the formation of scientific-applied teams of different specialists for the implementation of products;
Organize and participate in research on the current state of IT technologies and the contemporary trends for development as science and business in Bulgaria, the European Union and the world;
To explore, participate and support various projects and programs in the field of education, science, health, culture and sports, which influence the development of young people;
To stimulate and participate in the free exchange of ideas, scientific knowledge, information and innovation at national and international level through information and research, organization of symposia, colloquia, seminars, meetings, discussions, round tables, courses and other generally accepted forms communication and contacts;
To contribute to the development of international science and practice cooperation on the above topics, in accordance with national programs in this field;
To create scientific libraries and information databases on paper and electronic information carriers and to provide conditional and unconditional access to them;
To create, organize and participate in practical models - implementing the support of children and young people for their development as healthy, intellectually and psychologically sustainable individuals.
